Store Manager – Dollar Tree – Columbus, GA
Location: Columbus, GA. Compensation: $58,800.00 – $82,300.00.
Role Description
This full‑time, on‑site role manages daily store operations, including staff oversight, customer satisfaction, inventory, and product displays, as well as achieving sales and profitability goals. The store manager also ensures compliance with company standards, leads the team in delivering exceptional service, minimises loss, and fosters a positive, collaborative work environment.

Experience in retail loss prevention, ensuring proper protocols are followed to reduce shrinkage and maintain asset protection
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide a team
Organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage day‑to‑day challenges effectively
Previous retail or store management experience is required
