Main Responsibilities
Supervise daily store operations with attention to detail
Manage resources including stock, staff, and sales
Recruit, train, and appraise staff performance
Maintain financial and statistical records
Handle customer complaints and queries with care
Set sales targets and motivate staff to achieve them
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Prepare promotional displays and materials
Liaise with management regarding store performance and staff benefits
Key Skills & Qualifications
High school degree required
Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
Strong organizational, numerical, and IT skills
Confidence, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
Commercial awareness and executive decision-making
Willing to Train the right canidate!
