Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in high-volume fashion or luxury retail
Demonstrated leadership experience guiding teams and partners toward shared goals and successful outcomes
Experienced in selling high-end merchandise with a focus on exceptional customer service
Proven ability to create genuine customer connections and drive sales through confident, relationship-based selling is essential
Comfortable using social media and recruitment platforms
Responsibilities
