Guitar Center in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all facets of the retail business, drive revenue, and mentor a diverse team. You will oversee product and service delivery, staffing, scheduling, and store standards to create an engaging in-store experience.
The role requires 4+ years of management experience in similar environments, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Weekend and evening work are required; some travel may be involved.
