Job description
Buff City Soap is seeking a General Manager to lead a team across coaching, operations, and sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong store performance. You’ll drive sales, manage scheduling and inventories, and uphold high merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance results with culture, empower staff, and deliver a positive, energetic store atmosphere. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
