Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager in Missouri to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will manage staffing, merchandising, inventory, and store setup/teardown while maintaining profitability and controlling costs.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. A 21+ age minimum is expected.
