Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, driving guest satisfaction and profitability. You will lead team members, ensure merchandising standards, control shrink, manage inventory, and coordinate setup and teardown of the seasonal location.
Ideal candidates have prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and are able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum age 21 applies.
