Job description
Spirit Halloween in West Springfield is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the store’s operations and maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities include managing guest services, controlling expenses, and handling merchandising and inventory.
Ideal candidates should have prior retail management experience and be able to meet physical demands such as standing for 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 pounds. A flexible schedule is also required for this role.
