Job description
Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead staff, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed.
You will drive sales through effective merchandising and customer service while maintaining a safe, well-organized store. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers
