Job description
Food City is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales against budget, control costs, and lead and develop the store team while maintaining quality, freshness, and customer service.
You will ensure compliance with safety and security, manage scheduling and training, follow company policies, and act as the community leader for the Dayton location. This role requires strong merchandising, communication, and problem-solving skills.
