Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
1-5 years retail management experience, specialty retail preferred
Strong relationship-building and leadership skills
Ability to train, coach, and develop staff
Independent judgment and decision-making skills
Basic computer skills
Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting
