Job description
BoxLunch in Colorado Springs is seeking a Store Manager to lead our mall location and drive sales, teams, and customer experience. You’ll partner with leadership to achieve store objectives, recruit and develop talent, and manage operations with a customer-first mindset.
You will mentor staff, coordinate promotions, monitor inventory and shrink, and leverage data to optimize performance while delivering the best pop-culture retail experience for fans.
