Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead our mall store, drive sales targets, recruit and develop a talented team, and ensure best-in-class customer service. You’ll operate with a strong focus on engagement, planning, and execution to maximize performance.
You’ll oversee payroll, scheduling, merchandising and the use of store systems, while staying responsive to trends and feedback from customers and leadership. A passion for pop culture helps you connect with customers and staff alike.
