Job description
The J.Jill Group is seeking a Store Manager in Acton, MA to lead a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will drive sales, coach associates, and ensure best-in-class product knowledge and merchandising in-store.
You will analyze trends, set goals, and execute strategies while maintaining brand standards and a positive work environment. Weekend/evening availability is expected in this role.
