Job description
Journeys is seeking a dynamic store leader for our Baybrook Mall team in Texas. As a Manager in Training, you will recruit, train, and coach staff to achieve sales goals while protecting company assets and delivering an engaging customer experience.
This role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, excellent people skills, and a willingness to learn. You’ll work 45 hours weekly, with base pay plus commissions and bonus potential.
