Job description
Rails, a fashion label, is seeking a Store Manager in Chicago to lead the store team, promote the Rails brand, and drive sales and operations to meet KPI targets.
You will train and supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure exceptional client experiences across in-store and omni-channel interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Reports to the VP of Retail; this role requires a passion for brand engagement and strong leadership to build a high-performing team.
