Job description
Windsor Fashions in Roseville, MI is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive store performance. You will oversee visual standards, payroll, and expenses, hire and develop a team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists, while delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.
You’ll analyze KPI data, build brand loyalty, and ensure compliance with Loss Prevention, Safety procedures, and Windsor’s merchandising directives.
