Job description
Windsor Fashions in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking a full-time Store Manager to drive store performance and uphold Windsor's standards. You will manage daily operations, visuals, and profitability while hiring and developing a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists.
You will analyze KPI data, provide leadership, and ensure an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers while maintaining integrity and loss-prevention practices.
