Job description
Journeys in Ohio is seeking a store manager in training to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to achieve store and personal sales goals, control expenses, and to protect company assets while pursuing growth opportunities.
You will lead a sales team, provide coaching, conduct monthly performance reviews, schedule staffing, and ensure loss prevention; 45-hour weeks; night and weekend shifts; 18+.
