Job description
H&M is seeking a Store Manager in Schaumburg, IL, to lead the full store team and deliver an exceptional omni-channel customer experience. You will drive sales, optimize budgets, and ensure brand standards in visual, service and operations.
You will coach and develop your team, lead daily operations, and collaborate with the Area team and VMs to maximize profitability while maintaining a welcoming store culture and adherence to company policies.
