Summary
As Store Manager you will lead the store’s performance, drive sales growth, and act as a brand ambassador to cultivate and retain VIP clientele. You will manage the team, oversee merchandising and inventory, and be accountable for the store P&L. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Drive and increase sales performance through analysis, action plans, and sales strategies.
Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business and engage clients.
Work with merchandising to ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels.
Be present on the sales floor to coach and empower sales staff and cultivate private appointments.
Lead customer service quality and mentor the team to meet service standards.
Manage administrative and operational tasks including scheduling, reporting, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
Own full profit and loss responsibility, controlling costs and meeting sales plans.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
Proven drive for results and goal orientation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong digital literacy.
Experience using POS systems and inventory management functions; RTW experience preferred.
Foreign language skills are a plus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays and to lift up to 10 lbs.
