Job description
Journeys is seeking a motivated candidate to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to achieve sales goals and protect company assets. You will drive performance and foster a positive, inclusive team culture at our Lone Tree, CO location.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a readiness to learn. This role requires evening/weekend availability and a proactive, energetic approach to store operations.
