Journeys at Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Manager in Training to recruit, hire, and coach a high-performing sales team. You will work to meet store and personal sales goals and to protect company assets while pursuing growth opportunities.

This role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds.
