Job description
Journeys in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Manager in Training to recruit, hire, train, and lead a sales team to meet store and personal goals while controlling costs and guarding assets.
You will coach staff, conduct monthly reviews, schedule shifts, ensure loss prevention, and deliver a fun full-service customer experience while embodying Journeys culture. Prior management experience and 18+ status are preferred.
