Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager to recruit, train, and lead a high-energy sales team in our Danville area location. You will drive store performance, protect company assets, and deliver a fun, full-service shopping experience to teens and families.
The role requires retail management or sales leadership, the ability to work 45 hours weekly, and a commitment to customer service, teamwork, and integrity. Base pay includes commission and bonus potential, with excellent benefits.
