Job description
Journeys Littleton is seeking a Store Manager in Training to recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team, drive store goals, manage expenses, and protect company assets while delivering a fun, full-service experience.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work 45 hours per week including nights and weekends. Retail leadership development is a key path, with potential for promotion within Journeys.
