Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager-in-Training level candidate to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets. You will lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to community-focused initiatives.
The role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work 45 hours weekly including nights and weekends. Growth opportunities and an employee discount accompany the position.
