Job description
MINISO in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team and drive a world‑class customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, labor, inventory, and profitability while promoting the membership program to boost loyalty and sales.
You will report to the Area/District Manager, hire and develop staff, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain a vibrant, high‑energy store environment that delivers exceptional results.
