Job description

Platypus Shoes Grand Plaza is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume retail team. You will drive sales, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while partnering with the Area Manager to seize growth opportunities.

You will oversee rostering, stock levels, visual merchandising and compliance with OH&S standards in a busy, brand-forward environment that values teamwork and continuous development.
