We are looking for a leader! Our Store Managers lead by example and maintain a great environment to work in while always providing excellent customer service.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED IT
Supervise, train and assist employees in customer service, product sales, and shop flow management
Oversee quality control of service technicians
Develop and maintain a schedule for employees
Work in the shop and service truck as needed
Work & run the front sales counter when needed
Seek ways to better promote the store, the products and service within the store.
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times.
Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years’ experience in management
2+ years’ experience in automotive industry
