Job description
Venchi is seeking a Store Manager for our San Diego, CA location to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, manage operations, and uphold the Venchi service model. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance retail environment, food & beverage or specialty retail, and strong communication skills.
You will train staff, monitor KPIs, schedule shifts, ensure food safety compliance, and deliver outstanding customer service while representing the Venchi
