Summary
The Store Manager will lead and develop the Glendale team to drive sales, client engagement, and operational excellence. This role is accountable for achieving business goals through hands‑on leadership, coaching, and strategic client development. The manager will oversee store operations, budget, recruitment, and staff development to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service objectives.
Identify business opportunities and implement actions to meet store targets and budget.
Recruit, train, and maintain highly motivated and engaged staff with clear development plans.
Drive client acquisition, build client portfolios, increase repurchase rates, and cross‑sell.
Model selling behavior and manage the sales floor to ensure outstanding client experiences.
Oversee store operations, visual standards, and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
Proven sales leadership in a sophisticated, client‑centric retail environment, preferably luxury.
Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive client development, repurchase rates, and cross‑selling.
Experience managing store operations, budgets, and achieving business targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service orientation.
