Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager in Indianapolis to oversee the total operation of the store, drive sales, and maximize profitability while ensuring guest services excellence.
Responsibilities include shrink prevention, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, and teardown of seasonal stores. Minimum age 21 with a flexible schedule and prior retail management experience required.
