Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager to lead store partners in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. You will develop the team, ensure operational excellence, manage staffing and payroll, and drive profit through smart merchandising and cost controls.
The role requires 2–4 years in retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to work varied shifts. You will collaborate with district leaders and store support to optimize performance and guest experience.
