Job description
Jaxen Grey is a modern menswear retailer seeking a Store Manager in Des Moines to own the store's success, lead all employees, and deliver a high-touch, styling-driven customer experience. This full-time, salaried role reports to the VP of People & Culture and covers sales performance, service, and operations on the floor and back-of-house.
You will hire, coach, schedule, and develop the team, manage openings/closings, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and ensure adherence to company standards.
