Job description
Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager in Houston to lead daily sales and operations, drive revenue growth, and provide strong leadership for store staff.
You will oversee collections, customer commitments, and training to ensure high standards of service while protecting company assets and inventory. A dynamic leader with 3–5 years in retail management is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and RAC training completion.
