Job description
Rainbow USA is seeking a Store Manager in Milford, CT to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold our brand standards. You will recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling within payroll budgets, and ensure outstanding customer service and loss prevention practices.
The role requires 3+ years of women’s apparel store management experience and the ability to prioritize and adapt to urgent business needs while maintaining excellent floor coverage and visual presentation.
