Spirit Halloween is hiring a Store Manager in Salina to oversee the total store operation, drive sales, and maximize profitability by delivering excellent Guest Services and controlling costs.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. 21+ years old minimum; compensation is hourly with eligible bonus programs.
