Mom and Pop's is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations and lead a customer-first team. This full-time role requires managing daily tasks, scheduling, staff development, and cost control to deliver quality service.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of upper management experience in food service or retail, and must hold a ServSafe Manager certification. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
