As a full-time Windsor Store Manager, you are responsible for driving our mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards, and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of fashion-loving Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
