Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

AutoStream Car Care Center is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to lead our Annapolis, Maryland location. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors and Technicians to achieve individual and team success.
Foster a positive, productive, and accountable work environment.
Manage daily shop operations, workflow, scheduling, and staffing to maintain an efficient service department.
Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships to support daily operations.
Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns professionally.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), shop performance, and operational goals.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining a customer-focused, integrity-driven approach to service recommendations.
Represent AutoStream Car Care Center within the Annapolis community and support local customer engagement.
Qualifications
Three or more years of automotive management or service leadership experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience using shop management software and operational reporting tools.
Ability to manage workflow, budgets, and business performance metrics.
Passion for the automotive industry and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000–$90,000 annually .
