Open role for Bear Valley:
Store Manager - Lead all store operations and drive financial performance while managing a diverse team. This exempt position requires five to ten years of supervisory experience managing a minimum of 10-15 people or equivalent retail thrift store experience. You'll oversee receiving, production, merchandising, and sales of donated merchandise while achieving sales plans within established budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required. PC literacy on Windows platform essential.
