Job description
The Coast Guard Exchange in Caguas, PR seeks a Store Manager II to lead a large retail operation with 100+ staff, drive sales, customer service and compliance. You will coordinate promotions with HQ, manage pricing changes, and ensure loss prevention across the store.
You will interview, hire, train, and coach personnel, develop your team, and maintain strong product knowledge. Flexibility for days, nights, and weekends is required.
