Store Manager in Training - Beck's Peoria Area Locations Ready to take the next step in your leadership career?
Beck's is looking for a Store Manager in Training to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to learn the business, gain hands-on leadership experience, and prepare to lead one of our future locations.
The goal of this role is simple: train today, lead a store tomorrow.
You'll work alongside experienced leaders, learn all aspects of store operations, and build the skills needed to successfully lead your own Beck's location.

Leadership Responsibilities:
Learn all aspects of store operations and leadership
Help lead and develop store teams
Support hiring, onboarding, and employee training
Assist with scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations
Learn how to manage financial performance and drive store results
Deliver excellent customer service and help create a positive store culture
Lead by example and support team success
What We're Looking For:
Leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
Team-oriented leader who leads by example
High school diploma or GED required
Retail management experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
