Job description
Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training to support daily operations and lead a store team in a fast‑paced environment. You will learn from Training Managers and Supervising Managers, spending time with leadership while rotating shifts to understand the business, vendors, and guest service.
The role targets developing into Store Manager duties with a strong emphasis on customer service, coaching, merchandising, and safety. A full-time schedule with varying shifts is typical.
