Job description
Walgreens offers an accelerated Store Manager development program to learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy. The track includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training with rotations in local stores to prepare for a permanent assignment.
You will shadow the Store Manager, complete certifications, and gain experience in performance management, inventory, loss prevention, and customer experience, with clear paths for advancement and compliance leadership.
