Job description
CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in which you will prepare for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes both virtual and hands-on experiences with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a four-year college degree or relevant work experience.
