Job description
Costello's Ace Hardware in Fallston, Maryland is looking for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to learn store management duties and lead a team towards achieving sales and operational goals. The SMIT will gain hands-on experience in managing store activities, supporting customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members.
This role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) at a minimum, with preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with at least 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory capacity.
