CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in Sacramento. This 16‑week, self‑paced development track combines virtual and hands‑on experiences to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role.
You will work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to grow as a leader. Willingness to promote within the market and participate in key learning experiences is essential.
