Job description
Dollar General Store under Mississippi operations seeks a Store Manager Candidate to assist the Store Manager in daily store processes, supervision, staffing, inventory, stocking, and receiving. This role is a developmental position aimed at preparing for the Store Manager role.
Responsibilities include recruiting, merchandising, inventory control, customer service leadership, and ensuring policy compliance. Occasional travel and participation in opening/closing activities may be required.
